Mobility app for Carsharing
For this short, 3 week project the key objective was to create a mobility app concept for a car company.
Team: Mixed team of designers. My role - Senior UX/Service designer.
Client: Car company.
Year: 2023.
01. Workshop
Project was run in a co-creative spirit, involving the client from the very beginning.
Together through 1 full day of workshops, we uncovered the client and customer needs via in-person and digital workshop sessions.
02. Desk Research
As the next step, our team was moving forward to developing the first concepts for this car-sharing platform for our client.
As the Senior UX Designer, I performed in-depth competitor analysis, to uncover what is in the market and what are the user needs.
Findings, based on the competitor analysis and user-interviews, was combined into a comprehensive guide and analysis, with the purpose to guide next design decisions, in regards to navigation, visual presentation and information architecture.
03. Wireframes
As the next step, I crafted the concept wireframes, based on best practices - following the business, as well as user needs.
04. Final Prototype
Next, I brought the concept to life, working in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The success of the design was a direct result of this strong teamwork and the valuable insights uncovered earlier, which helped steer the app in the right direction.
“Elizabete was responsible for the platform- and brand-agnostic UX concept and showed her strength in flexibility and adaptability, quickly getting up to speed with minimal onboarding. Thanks to her proactiveness, rhetorical talent, and facilitation skills, she led collaborative workshops that aligned cross-functional teams across locations. She delivered a fantastic concept along with wireframes and a prototype. It was a great pleasure to work with Elizabete — she’s a true asset to any team!”
